Ilmoittautuminen on sitova ja osallistujalta peritään varausmaksu peruutuksen yhteydessä jos varauslaskua ei ole ehditty lähettää. Loppumaksu suoritetaan 1-4 viikkoa ennen tapahtuman ajankohtaa (ilmoitetaan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä). Viikkoa ennen vaellusta loppumaksu palautetaan vain lääkärin todistusta vastaan. Sekä varaus-että loppumaksut palautetaan jos vaellus ei toteudu vähäisen osallistujamäärän tai oppaalle sattuneiden esteiden (sairastuminen) vuoksi.
Registration is binding and the participant will be charged a reservation fee upon cancellation if the reservation invoice has not been sent in time. The final payment is made 1-4 weeks before the time of the event (notified upon registration). A week before the hike, the final payment will only be refunded against a doctor’s certificate. Both the reservation and the final payment will be refunded if the hike does not take place due to a small number of participants or due to obstacles encountered by the guide (illness).
